About Max
Max brings 30 years of experience in healthcare administration and a deep passion for senior care, with a background in banking/finance, nursing, and being a nursing home owner and operator. Max has worked in various leadership roles within the healthcare sector, most recently serving as senior leadership consultant and business development for multiple health care providers.

James earned a degree as a registered nurse from Ivy Tech, and has a passion for enhancing the well-being of every individual who walks through our doors. Over the years, James has held various nursing leadership roles, including leading and developing QAPI protocols and for a home health agency and has developed a reputation for fostering strong relationships with both staff and residents.
