Parkview Village, situated on the serene Parkview Haven campus, offers beautifully constructed condominiums where individuals and couples experience worry-free independent living. Residents enjoy the privacy and freedom of their own homes, with maintenance and upkeep handled seamlessly. Nestled in a quiet, neighborhood-like setting near a picturesque town park with a walking trail, each two-bedroom, two-bathroom home features 6″ insulated walls, spacious floor plans ranging from 1,250 to 1,500 square feet, and amenities such as oak kitchen cabinets, washer/dryer, professional landscaping, and private patio. Optional one or two-car attached garages and relaxing sunrooms enhance the living experience. Parkview Village provides a range of services, including lawn care, snow removal, and exterior maintenance, while offering financial flexibility through various payment options.

Parkview Haven’s Assisted Living apartments provide seniors with an independent living experience, coupled with the assurance of on-site medical care and assistance with daily activities. Situated on a picturesque 20-acre campus overlooking a serene pond and park, these spacious one- or two-room apartments offer amenities such as individual kitchenettes, ample closet space, private phone lines, and wireless internet access. Residents can enjoy the comfort of a private patio and generous lounge space for entertaining guests.

Our Assisted Living residents benefit from a range of services, including three daily freshly prepared meals tailored to dietary needs, housekeeping and laundry services, transportation arrangements, and on-site medical care. With assistance available for bathing, grooming, dressing, and medicine dispensation, as well as access to beautician and barber services, residents can maintain their independence while receiving personalized support. Around-the-clock personal safety measures, including fall monitoring and staffed reception, ensure residents’ peace of mind and well-being.

Parkview Haven offers around-the-clock Skilled/Nursing Care in a Christian atmosphere, embodying the ethos of “Love one another.” We believe in upholding the dignity and comfort of our residents, offering private and semi-private rooms equipped with personal furniture. Our qualified nursing team delivers consistent care with personalized attention, facilitated by an electronically streamlined medical-charting process. All nursing beds are certified by Medicare and Medicaid, and licensed by the Indiana State Board of Health. Our comprehensive services include tailored dietary programs, housekeeping, restorative care, rehabilitation therapy, engaging activities, beautician and barber services, social services, and spacious public areas. In addition to short term rehabilitation and long term care, we offer hospice services and respite stays.
